The Park County Drop In Center has been truly invaluable for me in a time in my life when I had no place to go and no one to turn to. After helping my sister with her end of life, losing my animal companion of 16.5 years, and fleeing a horribly abusive relationship I needed help that was truly on the level of miracles. I didn’t want to be here in life anymore and I was losing hope. I needed compassion, understanding and solutions to take care of myself and move forward in my life in the healthiest of ways. When I walked into the PCDIC I was immediately met with compassion and deep understanding. Within minutes I felt like I belonged, and hope began to shine through my deep depression and grief.
